About Our Company

 

Established in 1999, we began by providing a full menu of services to companies, gradually focusing on what we do best -- providing in-depth expertise, experience, exceptional teamwork, and custom-built database optimization tools.

RealAssist is proud to be a highly regarded provider of virtual assistance and consulting services to the Real Estate community. Our team's commitment to excellence allows us to provide world-class services that exceed customers' expectations for quality, value and reliability. RealAssist began in 1999 as KLP Productions, an event planning company providing services for corporate functions, events and productions. A large majority of focus was spent on the coordination of annual corporate golf tournaments for companies such as IBM, Bell Canada and Bell Nexxia.

As the operations expanded, the event planning and execution functions were slowly transitioned to other companies, and KLP Productions remained as the administrative contact for the events. Over time, additional companies approached KLP Productions requesting that KLP provide administrative support for their business, many of which included Real Estate Agents. By the year 2001, KLP Productions had developed into a completely virtual company. Client locations were no longer visited for administrative tasks and support services were provided from an offsite position. This allowed for a more expansive client base and faster response times.

Gradually, the focus of KLP Productions' clientele shifted to the Real Estate Industry; the company name was changed to RealAssist for easier correlation of the services we provide and to whom we provide them. Inevitably, RealAssist was launched on the Internet, allowing us to reach a broader audience and provide a reference for all of our clients to better communicate with the RealAssist team.
